Every Helm bike is covered for 1 year with our warranty.
The warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.

 

Our warranty covers the frame, battery and all electrical components. The warranty does not cover wear and tear and damage to regular bicycle components such as derailleurs, shifters, cables, chains, brake pads, tires, tubes, saddle, ect. Water immersion and tampering with electrical components and/or battery will void your warranty.
