If Helm bike is not the right fit for you, you can return the bike within 7 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We suggest that you hold onto the box and the protective packaging materials during this period. Neglect and abuse will be looked for during the return inspection and may void the return so please take care of the bike when it is in your possession. If the bike or accessory you order is defective we will work with you to find the best solution. Repair, refunds and exchange are the options for defective orders. In-stock orders will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times are approximate and are dependent on the shipping carrier used. We currently ship to the lower 48 States. Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported and photographed within 7 days. This is a time sensitive issue and must be addressed as quickly as possible.
