After it’s fully charged please pull out the power plug of the charger from the wall socket, then the one in the battery.

Do not attempt to charge the battery if the charger no longer functions and contact us at info@helmbike.com.

This is a high voltage charger. Do not attempt to open and fix it if it no longer functions.

This charger should only be used indoors and under dry conditions. Do not use in high temperature, moist, inflammable or combustible environments.

Please charge the battery using chargers only provided by Helm.

Do not disassemble the battery.

Do not drop the battery as this could lead to leakage. Leakage may cause poisoning, fire or explosion.

Do not use any liquids to clean your battery.

BATTERY

Do not charge the battery under high temperatures or expose to excessive heat.

Do not short-circuit the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery.

Do not immerse the battery in water or acidic liquids. (Try not to get the battery wet but it is IPX4 certified which means it has protection from splashing from all sides).

The battery should be stored in a clean and dry environment and should be charged at least once every 3 months when not being used.

LED ON BATTERY

If the power plug is inserted into a wall socket and the battery is not attached to the charger, the green led will be lit. It is in standby mode.

When the battery is attached and charging, the LED lights will both be red.

When the battery is fully charged the green LED becomes lit.

You should use only the charger to charge this battery. Charging other types of batteries may cause fire.
